Chocolate Crème Cake Slice - Macphie

Method

  1. Place the American Chocolate Crème Cake Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add half the liquids and beat for 30 seconds.
  2. Add remaining liquids and beat on middle speed with scrap down.
  3. Deposit into a rectangular tray and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180ºC (355ºF).
  4. Once cooled, slice horizontally to create thin layers of cake.
  5. Taking 4 layers, sandwich with a thin layer of Macphie Rainbow Chocolate Frosting and finish on top with Macphie 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing.
