
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Madeira Cake Mix
- 144g butter
- 400g water
- 1litre Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative or Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- Fresh raspberries and blueberries to decorate

Method Makes 1 large cake
Place the Macphie Madeira Cake Mix & butter into a machine bowl fitted with a beater & blend until fully combined.
Add in the water and mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.
Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed and give a final minute on slow speed.
Deposit batter into 2 trays ( 7″ x 12″ x 2″) and bake for approx. 30 minutes at 180°C.
Once cool, fill and top with whipped Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative and decorate with fresh fruit.
