1. Bring the Macphie Chocolate Pot to the boil, stirring continuously for 1-2 mins.

  2. Take off the heat and stir in the espresso and vanilla vodka until combined.

  3. Pour into 4 martini glasses leaving plenty of room for the next layer, cool slightly then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set.

  4. Repeat the process with the Macphie Panna Cotta mix, and add the Kahlua, then pour on top of the set chocolate layer.

  5. Set in the fridge for at least two hours.

  6. To serve, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with fresh coffee beans.
