Ingredients

  • Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce
  • 6 soft shells
  • 150g cooked seasoned cous cous
  • Ripe tomato, diced
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • Handful of chopped coriander
  • Half a lemon
  • 120g Feta cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Shredded red cabbage
  • Pickled red onion

Method Makes 6 tacos

  1. Mixed the diced tomato, spring onions and chopped coriander with the cooked cous cous. Add a squeeze of lemon and check the seasoning.

  2. Warm or toast the taco shells and start filling first with the lettuce and cabbage, followed by the cous cous mix.

  3. Crumble the feta over the filled shells, drizzle with lots of Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce and top with pickled red onions.
