Filled chocolate cookie made using Macphie Macfil

Method

  1. Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a beater, add in 130g water and mix until the dough comes together.

  2. Weigh cookie dough into 60g pieces and place onto a baking tray and gently flatten out, bake for 16-18 mins at 160⁰C.

  3. Place Macphie Macfil into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk & add 110g water and Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping and whisk for 8 minutes, add more Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping if desired.

  4. Pipe onto cooled cookie and place another cookie on top.
