1. Place Macphie Flapjack Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.

  2. Add water and mix for 30 seconds on slow speed.

  3. For 18×30 sheet deposit into a flat lined tray, bake at 176°C for 25-30 minutes until golden.

  4. Allow to cool slightly.

  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

  6. With a metal scraper or knife, cut into 16 equal, rectangular portions, allowing for a small slice to be cut off around the edges.
