Recipe Flapjack

Ingredients
- 1500g Macphie Flapjack Mix
- 75g water

Method
Place Macphie Flapjack Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Add water and mix for 30 seconds on slow speed.
For 18×30 sheet deposit into a flat lined tray, bake at 176°C for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool slightly.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
With a metal scraper or knife, cut into 16 equal, rectangular portions, allowing for a small slice to be cut off around the edges.
