Recipe Gooey centre cookies

Method

1. Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.

2. Add water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.

3. Split the mix into 80g balls and fill with the chocolate callets.

4. Place on a baking tray with plenty of room for the cookies to spread.

5. Preheat your oven to 170°C, bake for 14-16 minutes.

6. Serve warm so the centre is still oozing.
