• 500g Macphie Panna Cotta
  • 100g lemon juice
  • Crushed caramel
  • Macphie Sicilian Lemon o.t.t®
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Flapjack crumb made using Macphie’s Flapjack mix per recipe
  • Strawberry quarters


Makes 5 portions

  1. Heat the Macphie Panna Cotta with the lemon juice until it starts to boil then pour into pipe moulds lined with cling film and parchment.
  2. Leave to set for 2 hours.
  3. Once set, roll in the crushed caramel.
  4. Dress the plate with Macphie Sicilian Lemon O.T.T.®Macphie Flapjack Mix, pomegranate seeds and a strawberry quarter.
