Recipe Lemon barrel panna cotta
Ingredients
- 500g Macphie Panna Cotta
- 100g lemon juice
- Crushed caramel
- Macphie Sicilian Lemon o.t.t®
- Pomegranate seeds
- Flapjack crumb made using Macphie’s Flapjack mix per recipe
- Strawberry quarters

Method
Makes 5 portions
- Heat the Macphie Panna Cotta with the lemon juice until it starts to boil then pour into pipe moulds lined with cling film and parchment.
- Leave to set for 2 hours.
- Once set, roll in the crushed caramel.
- Dress the plate with Macphie Sicilian Lemon O.T.T.®, Macphie Flapjack Mix, pomegranate seeds and a strawberry quarter.
