Method Makes 5 portions

  1. Heat the Macphie Panna Cotta with the lemon juice until it starts to boil then pour into pipe moulds lined with cling film and parchment.
  2. Leave to set for 2 hours.
  3. Once set, roll in the crushed caramel.
  4. Serve with Macphie Sicilian Lemon o.t.t® dessert topping and fresh fruit.
