Recipe Loaded avo-doughnut
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Premium Doughnut Concentrate
- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1000g bread flour
- 80g yeast
- 840g water
- Crushed nachos
- Smashed avocado
- Chopped chives, spring onions, chillies
Method
Place the Macphie Premium Doughnut Concentrate, bread flour, yeast & water into a machine bowl and mix for 2 minutes on a slow speed, and a further 6 minutes on a fast speed.
Scale the dough at 1500g for 30 pieces on BDM and ball up.
Prove for approximately 35-40 minutes and let skin up before frying at 190-195°C for 90 seconds each side.
Once cool inject with smashed avocado and dip into Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce and then crushed nacho chips.
Finish off by drizzling the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped chives, spring onions & chillies.
