Meatball calzone - Macphie Pizza Topping and Nacho Cheese Sauce

  1. Stretch or roll your pizza dough on a floured surface to a circular shape.

  2. On one half of the pizza base, leaving a border, load up the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce, then the meatballs, Macphie Pizza Topping, half the grated mozzarella and basil leaves.

  3. Fold the over half of the pizza dough over the filled side and crimp the edges tight.

  4. Scatter the remaining grated mozzarella over the top and bake in a hot oven until brown and blistered.
