Mixed berry cheesecakes



  1. Beat the vegan cream cheese with the icing sugar, vanilla and lemon zest.

  2. Fold through 200g whipped Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative.

  3. Place into a lined ring and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, this can also be frozen.

  4. Mix Macphie Sweet Snow® and food colouring gel until the desired colour is achieved for the garnish.

  5. Garnish the plate as desired using Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping and fresh berries.
