Ingredients
- 500g Macphie Panna Cotta
- Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
- Fresh diced red fruits
- Dried meringue pieces

Method Makes 4 portions
In a medium saucepan, bring the Macphie Panna Cotta to the boil, stirring continuously.
Then pour into 4 glasses, cool slightly and then chill in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours until set.
Top with Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping and red fruits followed by the meringue pieces.
