Recipe Plant-based soft serve ice cream
Ingredients
- 1 litre Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative
- 100g sugar
- 5 waffle cones
- Macphie o.t.t® dessert topping

Method Makes 5 cones
Place required amount of Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative into a bucket.
Add sugar into Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative and stir until dissolved.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and let it freeze.
Serve and top with Macphie o.t.t® dessert topping (various flavours available).
