Queen of puddings

Method Makes 8 portions

  1. Place Macphie Crème Brûlée into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.

  2. Pour into desired dish, cool slightly and then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set.

  3. While waiting make up meringue by whisking egg whites & sugar together until stiff peaks, place into a piping bag.

  4. Once the Macphie Crème Brûlée has set, place a layer of Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping on top.

  5. Then pipe peaks of meringue on top, use a blow torch give a gentle scorch to the meringue.
