1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and a further 3 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Add the vegetable oil and water and mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.

  3. Deposit into a tray and bake at 160⁰C  for 35 minutes.

  4. Once cool, trim and divide the sheet into two 18×15 inch sheets.

  5. Spread a layer of Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping on the bottom layer, followed by whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional.

  6. Put the second layer on top and cover with whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional.

  7. Decorate with fresh blueberries to create a saltire.
