Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft and Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate dessert topping
- Confectionery of your choice
Method Makes 1 pizza
Place Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix and inclusions into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle. Add the water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Roll the dough into two 7-inch pizza bases and chill for 30 minutes
Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes
Leave the cookies to cool on the tray before moving them to a cooling rack
Decorate your pizzas with the confectionery and finish with the Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate dessert topping
