Recipe Strawberry crème cake slices

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix
- 350g whole egg
- 300g vegetable oil
- 200g water
- Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- Fresh strawberries
- Macphie Sweet Snow®

Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.
Deposit as required and bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes (between 4-5kg for 18inch x 30inch sheets).
When cooked and cool, cut the crème cake into 1 inch thick slabs.
Quarter the strawberries and mix with whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional and sandwich between two slabs of Crème Cake.
Dust with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
Cut into fingers and serve.
