Recipe Sweet pancake tacos

Ingredients
- 1Kg Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 265g melted butter
- 235g water
- Fresh chopped strawberries
- Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative
- Oreo style cookies
- Chopped banana, caramelised with sugar
- Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate dessert topping
- Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping

Method Makes 2-3 portions
Place Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk, add liquids and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until a smooth batter is formed.
Spoon the pancake mix into a large hot, non-stick greased frying pan- 3 at a time until golden and fluffy.
Lace your pancakes in a taco stand when still warm.
Whip Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative and put a generous amount into the pancakes, followed by the fillings.
Drizzle generously with Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry, o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate and o.t.t® Toffee dessert toppings.
