Method

  1. Place Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk, add 1,235g water and 265g melted butter and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down.

  2. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until a smooth batter is formed. N.B Product performs better if batter is chilled overnight.

  3. Follow manufacturers guidance on waffle iron to cook. Cut into small triangles and arrange on a plate.

  4. Scale recipe as required – In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add 130g vegetable oil to 1kg of Macphie Brownie Mix. Beat on 1 minute on slow. Add 290g cold water and beat for 1 minute on medium. Bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.

  5. Place a pot of Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping in the middle for dipping. Garnish with brownie pieces and Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping.
