Ingredients

  • 300g ready-to-use pizza dough
  • Custard
  • 500g large diced and peeled apple
  • Macphie Toffee Sauce
  • 150g uncooked crumble topping

Method

  1. Stretch or roll your pizza dough on a floured surface to a circular shape.

  2. Gently cook the apple in brown sugar.

  3. Cover the base in custard, followed by the cooked apple pieces, then the crumble topping.

  4. Cook in a hot oven until the crust is cooked and the crumble topping in golden brown.

  5. Drizzle with Macphie Toffee Sauce and fill a pot up for dipping.
