Beef and cheese sliders - Macphie



  1. Add the bread flour, Macphie Softie®, yeast and water into a mixing bowl with a dough hook or spiral and mix on a medium speed for 10-15 minutes, until the dough has reached 27°C.

  2. Form into 30g balls and place onto a lightly floured baking tray to prove.

  3. Prove the bread at 40°C/85% relative humidity for 40-45 minutes.

  4. Pre heat your oven to 230°C.

  5. Spray with Macphie GlenGlaze® and bake for 10 – 15 minutes.

  6. Once cooled, slice in half.

  7. Cook the mini burgers and place into the burger bun, top with pickles and Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce.
