Recipe Chocolate waffles
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 1235g water
- 265g melted salted butter
- Cocoa powder
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate dessert topping
- Macphie Sweet Snow®
- Vanilla ice cream
Method
Place the Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk. Add the water, melted salted butter and cocoa powder and mix for 1 minute on a slow speed.
Scrape down and mix on a medium speed for a further minute until a smooth batter is formed.
Place a measured amount into a pre-heated waffle iron and cook until fully baked through.
Arrange onto a plate and place a scoop of ice cream on top. Drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate dessert topping & dust with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
