Recipe Double chocolate filled waffles
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 1235g water
- 265g melted butter
- 50g dark cocoa powder
- 265g salted butter
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping
Method
1.Place the Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk. Add the water, melted salted butter and cocoa powder and mix for 1 minute on a slow speed.
1.Scrape down and mix on a medium speed for a further minute until a smooth batter is formed.
1.Place a measured amount into a pre-heated waffle iron and cook until fully baked through.
1.Once cool, fill each hole with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping.
