Recipe Mac ‘n cheese toastie
Ingredients
- Sliced bread
- Cheese
- 100g Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce
- 40g pre-cooked macaroni pasta shells
- 20g grated cheese
- 5g English mustard
- Butter
Method Makes 1 toastie
Pre heat the toastie machine.
Butter both sides of the bread lightly.
Combine the Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce & cooked macaroni well in a bowl.
Add the mustard & grated cheese.
Apply a layer of the mac ‘n cheese to one side of the buttered bread and add the other slide of bread to make a sandwich.
Place in the toastie machine & toast until golden in colour & warm.
Serve as required.
