Recipe Oozing centre cookie pies

Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- 400g 54% dark chocolate callets

Method
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Add water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Press 2/3 of your mix into lined shallow baking tins.
Fill with the chocolate callets and then top with the remaining cookie dough and seal.
Preheat your oven to 170°C , bake for 14-16 minutes.
Serve warm so the centre is still oozing.
