Recipe Oozing centre cookie pies

Method

1. Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.

2. Add water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.

3. Press 2/3 of your mix into lined shallow baking tins.

4. Fill with the chocolate callets and then top with the remaining cookie dough and seal.

5. Preheat your oven to 170°C , bake for 14-16 minutes.

6. Serve warm so the centre is still oozing.
