Padrón peppers with taco dip



  1. Wash & pat dry padrón peppers.

  2. Heat a pan until very hot.

  3. Place the padrón peppers into a bowl and coat with a generous amount of olive oil & sea salt.

  4. Once the pan is hot place the peppers into the pan and leave to cook until blistered, turning frequently.

  5. Gently heat the Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce in a saucepan (can be served cold).

  6. Once the peppers are cooked & blistered, place onto serving plate.

  7. Serve with a dipping pot of with Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce.
