Recipe Padrón peppers with taco dip

Ingredients
- Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce
- Padrón peppers
- Sea salt
- Olive oil

Method
Wash & pat dry padrón peppers.
Heat a pan until very hot.
Place the padrón peppers into a bowl and coat with a generous amount of olive oil & sea salt.
Once the pan is hot place the peppers into the pan and leave to cook until blistered, turning frequently.
Gently heat the Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce in a saucepan (can be served cold).
Once the peppers are cooked & blistered, place onto serving plate.
Serve with a dipping pot of with Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce.
