Recipe Pumpkin spiced waffles

Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 1235g water
- 265g melted butter
- Toasted pumpkin seeds
- 100g cooked butternut squash
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract, with seeds
- 1 nutmeg
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Speculoos Caramelised Biscuit Flavour dessert topping

Method
Place all ingredients in a machine bowl fitted with a whisk (Except for the Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Speculoos Caramelised Biscuit Flavour dessert topping. and toasted pumpkin seeds) and mix for 1 minute on a slow speed.
Scrape down and mix on a medium speed for a further minute until a smooth batter is formed.
Place a measured amount into a pre-heated waffle iron and cook until fully baked through.
Top with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Speculoos Caramelised Biscuit Flavour dessert topping and toasted pumpkin seeds.
