A premium cake mix with a warm, spicy flavour. It is moist, dark and sticky and contains pieces of crystallised ginger, which add a delicious new taste sensation and moistness to the crumb. It is a complete mix, which requires only the addition of water and oil to make tray bakes, loaf cakes, cup cakes or muffins. Cake crumbs can be added to the batter to make it more economical in use. The batter and baked products are both freeze thaw stable. Available in 12.5kg bags.
